| 28.01.10 | Success in Victoria – Evidence Technology to Digitise Victorian Courts |
Evidence Technology, a leading provider of specialised audiovisual and ICT systems integration services today announced the success of its tender
bid to implement Digital Audio Recording and Replay Systems for the Victorian Department of Justice. This is known as Phase Two of the department’s
digitisation project.
“This success follows hot on the heels of the Department’s decision to award Evidence Technology the Phase one contract for the provision of digital
recording software and associated services,” stated local Practice Manager Ben Paterson. “This is without doubt a milestone win for Evidence Technology
which confirms our position as the leading provider of Justice focussed solutions,” Paterson added.
The scope of the contract involves the installation and commissioning and digital recording systems and other audiovisual components throughout
Melbourne’s CBD courts as well as at a number of outlying court centres – in total 110 courts will be upgraded during this phase.
Evidence Technology Director Jason Woolridge stated, “This is the culmination of a great deal of effort on our part in raising the Evidence
