Jason has been COO of Evidence Technology, formerly part of Auscript Australasia, since 2006 and is one of the region’s most respected technology practitioners in the legal and justice sector. With a long history in court transcription and litigation related technologies, Jason maintains an active industry involvement in developing areas such as introducing more objective measurement of recorded audio quality, setting standards for in-court speak transferability, automating manual transcription methods, remote evidence acquisition and distribution over secure networks, and applying biometric technology to authenticate evidence. Originally from the UK, Jason studied electrical and electronic engineering at the University of Sunderland.
